RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if within 7 days of receiving your goods, you change your mind, we will be happy to offer you a full refund credited to the card used in the original sales transaction. Please note that goods should be returned in perfect condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging along with your completed returns note. Please note we offer a free returns service via Royal Mail using your Returns Note provided in your parcel.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ORDER?
We currently do not offer any exchanges online.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE/REFUND?
Upon the receipt of your return it normally takes up to 5 working days. The exception to this is sale times and holiday periods which may take longer. If you have any concerns regarding this, please call +44 7931 999111 or email contact@bibi-man.com.
DO I HAVE TO PAY POSTAGE FOR ANY EXCHANGES?
You will need to include postage of £4.95 with your return. The only exception to this is if the error is caused by us e.g. wrong item sent.
